Rental Terms
• Participants must read and sign the Release from Liability Agreement prior to rental.
• A valid driver’s license, NRIC or passport or SGD150 (cash terms only) is required for rental deposit.
• Participants must be at least 16 years old. A parent or legal guardian must sign the Release from Liability for participants under the age of 18.
• Locks are provided for free with rental. Participants are to lock bicycles at all times when not riding.
• Although we do not provide helmets, participants are advised to wear a helmet when riding.
• Participants must be in good health, and be able to operate, control and balance the bicycle at the time of rental.
• Participants must not be intoxicated at the time of rental.
• Participants are responsible for the bicycle, from the time the bicycle is rented until the time it is returned, including damage and theft of the bicycle.
• Late returns are subject to overtime charges and late fees. A grace period of 5 minutes is given. After which, late charges of $10 for every 30 minute or part thereof apply. Participants are to inform Workshop in the event of bad weather or if delay or other unforeseen circumstances is inevitable.
• We are not liable for personal injury and accidents suffered as a result of use of the bicycle, or for any hardware faults, defects or assembly of parts.
• Participants must inform us if the equipment is damaged or not working properly.
• Participants must comply with all traffic laws and ride with caution.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse any rental at our discretion.
